Henshaw Inflatables RIB Tubes & Collars are manufactured for the inflatable boat building industry worldwide. Henshaw can send completed tubes to customers or the hull can be fitted out with tubes and collars at the factory. Founded in 1972, Henshaw have extensive experience of designing and building inflatable tubes. A wide range of RIB accessories are available including rubbing strakes, handles, tie-down points, valves, adhesives and fabrics.
Henshaw Inflatables are able to work from basic sketches with measurements or full scale drawings to create the highest specification of inflatable tubes. The in-house tube design team utilise specialist design software. A fully automatic CNC cutting and buffing machine produces cut fabric panels to a fine tolerance ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Henshaw Inflatables design and manufacture a large range of inflatable products for the marine industry. These include inflatable sponsons, inflatable fenders, pipe stoppers, sea pools and Jet Ski platforms.
The Henshaw Self Righting System is known for its simple, durable and proven construction. To ensure maximum durability and strength in extreme conditions each self righting bag is manufactured from the same heavy-duty Hypalon coated fabric used in the construction of the collars. The optimum volume of each individual bag is calculated by taking into account the weight, beam and load of the boat, ensuring rapid self-righting every time.
Henshaw collars are manufactured from the highest quality Hypalon coated fabric which is UV resistant, impervious to oil and petrol. Hypalon can be supplied in a wide choice of colours, styles and designs. Henshaw offer a re-tubing service for individual craft or fleets of RIBs. Re-tubing can upgrade the type and strength of the original tube material.
