Metal Shark 40 Fearless is a twin-stepped, high-performance watercraft created to handle the harsh conditions encountered during patrol and border protection missions in coastal and off-shore locations. With a multitude of standard features and the ability to customize the watercraft to any range of functions the 40 Fearless is a true multi-mission craft. It is designed for applications ranging from border protection and port security, to drug interdiction and gunship operations.
The Metal Shark 40 Fearless is agile and manoeuvrable, yet tough enough to withstand the harshest environments. While the boat’s durable construction and wide assortment of standard features make it an excellent multi-application platform it is the boat’s twin-stepped hull, outstanding fuel efficiency, raw horsepower and strength that define the design.
Precision-welded 5086 aluminium and foam floatation make the 40 Fearless exceptionally rugged. With its ability to handle up to quadruple 350 outboard engines and 600 gallon fuel tank, the 40 Fearless also has excellent range and top speed. When Fitted with Metal Shark’s twin console design and shock mitigating seats the 40 Fearless offers excellent crew protection and comfort.
The Metal Shark 40 Fearless comes equipped with a multitude of standard features including heavy duty welded aluminium hull, cockpit, side decks plus foam flotation below decks and in gunnels. The Metal Shark 40 Fearless can also be customized to fit individual agency and mission parameters.
