KPM Marine Bridge Track 100 system can be combined with any KPM seat top and suspension system. Features include communications, electric lift and variable speed travel. The KPM track is a robust, light weight system that is simple to install with no need for preparation of the floor or deck. The track comes in 1 metre (39 inch) lengths and has been designed to slot together, similar to a toy slot car track. As this is a modular system additional lengths of track can be added at any time.

KPM Bridge Track 100 system provides variable speed movement whilst transporting a weight of up to 250kg (550lb). Igus heavy duty cycle ‘run dry’ bearings are fitted in the runners. KPM Marine suspension seats can include electric lift and swivel facility. In addition to on board applications the KPM Bridge Track 100 system has been utilised for electric track bridge chairs installed in maritime training simulators.

When designing the system KPM identified that the whole system needs to fit into a euro pallet air freight container. Lightweight construction means an entire system can be fitted into a packing case measuring 1.2 metre (48 inch) by 0.7 metre (28 inch) by 0.7 metre (28 inch).

Light weight is a characteristic feature of KPM design which includes the modular 2Cubed System workboat fit-out system, featuring KPM Uni Trac, which can be bolted into a vessel quickly and precisely. The modular 2Cubed System layout serves as the basis for a wheelhouse and crew area package that includes KPM Shock Mitigation Seating, tables, work spaces, shower, galley, storage and various other fitments.
