Rosborough Boats Rough Water 7.90 is a semi-custom RIB that be outfitted to meet the specific needs of any professional user. The 7.90 is popular with enforcement and rescue operators for being tough and forgiving when boarding other craft and retrieving distressed persons. Six chamber slide on Hypalon collar is standard. Power configurations include outboard, diesel stern drives and Jet units.
The Rough Water hulls are a unique design incorporating a deep V at 23 degrees, continuous dead rise hull form with full length planning strakes and curved bilge chine. The results of these unique hull design characteristics is a boat that gives a softer ride with minimal spray and offers good handling in heavy seas.
The narrow fore foot and deep dead rise provide a hull that is softer riding, easier to push through the seas, more efficient with moderate power and substantially faster with large power units. The full-length lift strakes provide unmatched stability at speed and exceptional turning ability without slide or skip-out when the collar bears into the water in a tight turn.
Rosborough Boats Rough Water Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats are designed for the professional marine sector and provide excellent stability at rest and under power. The RHIB is constructed using the latest technology in materials and boat building standards which ensure durability and low maintenance. The external Beam is 2.85 metres (9 feet 4") with an Internal Beam of 1.88 metres (6 feet) and is capable of carrying payloads of up to 5000kg (11023 lbs).
